Kingston unveiled the new ram modules that integrates a water cooling combined with normal air cooling of the modules. This enables better cooling performances on the chips as explained in this video.

These module won’t be sold without the memory yet as Kingston wants to guarantee efficiency of this cooling with a proper mounting on the memory modules.
